And it’s so simple! Easy as 1-2-3…
Start with a Walmart Marketside Pumpkin Roll, fresh from the store. Side note: you will absolutely love this dessert. It tastes amazing on its own, and you can also add your own touches for your family and friends.
I sliced the pumpkin roll into 1″ slices, and cut each of those in half, right at the middle.
I wanted to add a little something extra, that would complement the pumpkin roll, and also be super simple to whip in minutes.
We love no-bake cheesecake filing in our house. Just takes a couple of ingredients, some mixing, and viola– you have a decadent, delicious filling that tastes like it took hours to bake. Love shortcuts like that!
Mix up cream cheese, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth. So simple, right?Next, you’ll layer it onto the pumpkin roll.
I used a piping bag (like you would use for frosting a cake), but you can just as easily use a sandwich baggy with a hole cut out of the bottom corner… and layer that tasty cheesecake filling right onto the pumpkin roll.
For the top, I added a dollop of Reddi-wip®. I always use Reddi-wip® right out of the fridge, so it’s cold enough to get a great shape for presentation. Dessert is always better with a creamy dollop of Reddi-wip®, and it’s perfect with this seasonal pumpkin roll.
Sprinkle with cinnamon spice, and it’s ready to serve!

- 1 Walmart Marketside Pumpkin Roll
- 2- 8 oz, cream cheese
- 3 T, heavy cream
- 5 T, sugar
- 1 T, vanilla extract
- 1 can, Reddi-wip®
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon, nutmeg
- Mix cream cheese, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth.
- Add cheesecake mixture to piping bag with a star tip (or fill a sandwich baggie and cut off a bottom corner).
- Slice off a 1" piece of Walmart Marketside Pumpkin Roll, lay on its side, and slice in half.
- Pipe cheesecake mixture onto bottom half of pumpkin roll.
- Replace top of pumpkin roll.
- Add a dollop of Reddi-wip®, and sprinkle of cinnamon & nutmeg.
