HOW TO MAKE THIS GOURMET FRUIT SALAD?
I do call this a gourmet fruit salad, but do not let that fool you. You literally just put all the ingredients in the bowl, mix and serve. The fancy name is just to impress your friends and family.
I thought tropical fruit was fitting, but you could use any combo for this. Grapes, apple chunks, bananas, etc.
And bringing it all together– shredded coconut, coconut milk, and marshmallow fluff.
Light, sweet, and a perfect complement to the fruit salad.
Can be made days in advance, or thrown together last minute. That’s my kind of salad. Keep it simple using one of these glass nesting bowls that I LOVE!
Your guests will notice an upgrade from the usual tropical fruit salad, but won’t be able to put their finger on it.
That’s between you and me.
What other fruit combinations can I use?
Simply doing a pinterest fruit salad search I came up with a ton of varieties. I have made this Winter Fruit Salad and this Honey Lime Fruit Salad and both were delicious. This type of salad is good with any combination of fruit!
