- 3 honey crisp apples, or preferred variety
- 1 cup granola crumble, 2 parts granola, 1 part brown sugar, 1 part butter
- ½ cup additional granola, spiced with a ½ teaspoon each, cinnamon and nutmeg
- 1 cup, plain Greek yogurt
HOW TO MAKE HEALTHY BAKED APPLES WITH GRANOLA:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Slice apples in half, top with granola crumble.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until edges of peel rind start to curl up.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool for a few minutes.
- Add more granola, plus Greek yogurt.
- Serve immediately.
