These Pizza Pretzels are a fun, easy snack or appetizer! Simply roll up pizza dough with mozzarella cheese and mini pepperoni. Bake it up and serve with pizza sauce for dipping!

My family is in love with pizza! Like next level…eat it all days…L O V E! I love pizza because it tastes good, but mostly because it is something that the whole family will eat. With little kiddos and picky eaters we have a hard time having meals that every single person will eat.
How do we get away with eating pizza frequently? Make it into different forms! These pizza pretzels are so cute, yummy and EASY!
INGREDIENTS NEEDED TO MAKE THESE PIZZA DOUGH PRETZELS:
- 1 can pizza dough (thin crust works best so pretzels don’t over-inflate)
- ¼ cup, mini pepperoni
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- cooking spray
- ½ tsp, Italian seasoning
- 1 cup, pizza sauce, for serving
HOW TO MAKE PIZZA DOUGH PRETZELS:
- Preheat oven to 425.
- Roll out pizza dough into rectangle, use pizza cutter to slice dough into 2″ wide strips.
- Add a small handful of pepperoni and a small handful of mozzarella cheese to the middle of each strip of dough. You may need to overlap the cheese pieces to have a little space on the ends of the dough– which you’ll need to make the pretzel shape.
- Roll up dough into log shape with pizza ingredients inside. Then twist into pretzel shape.
- Lay pretzels onto prepared cookie sheet. Lightly spritz with cooking spray & sprinkle on Italian seasoning.
- Bake for 10-13 minutes, or until lightly golden brown.
- Serve immediately with pizza sauce for dipping.
Once you roll out your dough and cut the strips you can start your filling. Place your cheese and pepperoni in the middle and roll it all up. It’s ok if they don’t look like perfect pretzels, they will taste great no matter the shape. Plus, your pretzels will get better and better with each try!

My husband and I will pair our pizza varieties with a salad, and maybe one day, the kiddos will try the salad too. For now, I will be happy with only preparing one thing on pizza night.
