I had simply forgotten how delicious Italian sodas can be. Especially with whipped cream on top.

Seriously guys, if it’s been a few years or a decade, you owe it to yourself to splash some cream into soda.

I love flavored Coke- I mean, Vanilla Coke? Cherry Coke? C’mon! So tasty.

Here’s the deal…. typically an Italian soda consists of a little bit of flavor syrup and a lot of soda (bubbly) water, topped off with a little bit of cream.

The fizzy, creamy taste of this drink is too good for words. Almost like a soda float.
