Sparkling Grape Juice Mocktail
I love that saying… “Here’s to strong women; may we know them, may we be them, may we raise them.” It’s true that many of us moms get our strength from our moms. And so it gets passed on, generation to generation.
Out of all the lessons my mom taught me, the one that stuck with me the most was her initiative. My hard-working Dad was often gone for long hours at his job in the city. If something needed to get done, she figured it out. She balanced a household, kids, a job, and multiple charity organizations. If the driveway needed shoveling, she did it. Hop on a plane with three kids? No problem.
INGREDIENTS TO MAKE THIS GRAPE JUICE MOCKTAIL:

HOW TO MAKE THIS GRAPE JUICE MOCKTAIL:
- If you want to add a sugared rim, dip top part of glass under a running faucet, then dip into a small bowl of sugar. Sanding sugar works best for this.
- Muddle a rose petal into the bottom of each glass.
- Pour peach juice into each glass.
- Add sparkling grape juice to fill up each glass ¾ of the way. Top with a rose petal and serve.
We all learn the most from what our parents do rather than what they say, and I saw my mom being an ultra strong woman day after day. I’ve always strived to be the type of mom who takes on adventures and isn’t afraid to try something new. I want to be someone my kids can look up to when they face challenges now and as an adult.
To toast my strong mom, I’m whipping up a few mocktails, perfect for brunch or afternoon cocktails. I love a Bellini, and these mocktails are infused with peach and garnished with rose petals. Gorgeous!
To make these Peach Bellini Mocktails, start by muddling a small amount of rose at the bottom of the glass. Add 1 oz peach juice, and fill up the glass with sparkling grape juice. Garnish with a delicate rose petal, and it’s just right for Mom! CHEERS.
