The unique flavors of the SANPELLEGRINO® Limone &tè make for a fresh, delightful mocktail– the Lemon Cardamom Sparkler. Never tried cardamom in a beverage before? It’s super simple to make cardamom-infused syrup. And you’ll feel like a fancy “mixologist” 😉 You can whip up a batch and keep it on hand for when the girls come over for drinks & appetizers or for a sweet treat in the hot afternoon sun.
Simply heat up the cardamom seeds with sugar and water in a small pot. Stir until combined, then remove from the heat. Once the cardamom syrup has cooled, you’re ready for summer mocktails!
Pour the cardamom syrup into the bottom of the glasses. Add the fresh mint and muddle (gently crush) with the back of a spoon. Add ice cubes to fun glasses. We love square ice cubes for festive drinks!
