What’s better than fudge? A recipe that’s only five minutes and 3 ingredients! This one’s a keeper. We make it every holiday, to give to friends and neighbors.
INGREDIENTS NEEDED TO MAKE 5 MINUTE FUDGE:
- 1 and ½ bags, 12 oz, semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional: switch one bag of chocolate chips for butterscotch)
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
HOW TO MAKE THIS FIVE MINUTE FUDGE:
- Line a 4″ x 4″ (or small, round) baking dish with wax paper.
- Add all ingredients to a pot on the stovetop.
- Turn up heat until chips start to melt (low-med, never boiling), then whisk until combined and smooth (or for five minutes).
- Pour into baking dish, cool for 30 minutes, then cut into squares.
Grab your favorite silicone whisk and stovetop pot, dump the ingredients in, and melt away. You will want to do this slowly and on low heat so it doesn’t burn. Pour into a pan to cool and then cut into squares. Pop them into some decorative tins or to-go containers, and hand out to everyone you know!
