These Sausage Wonton Cups are an easy appetizer that’s a hit at parties! Sausage, bacon, cheese, and ranch dressing baked in a wonton cup and topped with salsa.

I love the flavor in these sausage wonton cups that you get with the combination of sausage and bacon!
This appetizer is so easy to make, and everyone always asks for the recipe! Plus, there are some great “make-ahead” tips for serving at parties or taking to other houses.
INGREDIENTS NEEDED TO MAKE THESE SAUSAGE WONTON CUPS:
- ½ lb Sausage, cooked and drained
- couple slices Bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese, plus 1 Tablespoon for topping
- ½ cup ranch dressing
- 1 small can chopped black olives
- ½ cup chopped red pepper
- 1 package wonton wrappers
DIRECTIONS TO MAKE THESE SAUSAGE WONTON CUPS:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Shape and fold wonton wrappers into cups of a mini-muffin tin.
- Heat wonton wrappers in oven for five minutes.
- Mix sausage, bacon, ranch dressing, cheese, and black olives together in a large bowl.
- Add spoonful of sausage mixture to each of the wonton cups, put back in oven for another five minutes.
- Top with salsa and enjoy!
Press the wonton into a muffin tin to shape them for the “cups”. Once you have them pressed into the muffin tins you pop them into the oven for a few minutes!
Once you have your wonton cups ready mix up your filling, scoop into each cup and bake for a few minutes.
Serve with salsa, sour cream, guacamole, or any other dips! We love these as small bites for tailgating or hosting friends and family.

Instructions
