INGREDIENTS NEEDED TO MAKE THIS TROPICAL SMOOTHIE RECIPE:
- 16 oz, oat milk, unsweetened vanilla (or any plant-based milk)
- 2 scoops vegan vanilla protein powder (I use Vega)
- 1 frozen banana (peel before freezing)
- 2 cups pineapple (fresh, canned, or frozen)
- 1 cup ice
HOW TO MAKE THIS TROPICAL SMOOTHIE RECIPE:
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Run until mixture is smooth.
- Garnish with some cherries and pineapple.
Once you gather your ingredients you just throw it all in the blender. Make sure you put the liquid down first. Sometimes the solid ingredients in first will prevent the blender from really making a smooth smoothie.
