I love Greek yogurt with fresh fruit, granola, and in my daily smoothie. I’m all about the superfood smoothies these day. They power me up!
I add wholesome ingredients like fresh berries, chia seeds, and greens. Depending on the day, and what I feel my body needs, I’ll add avocado, Greek yogurt, or even protein powder.
INGREDIENTS NEEDED TO MAKE THIS SUPERFOOD SMOOTHIE:
- 2 cups, Greek yogurt
- ½ cup, fresh strawberries
- 1 large (or 2 small) banana, peeled & frozen
- ¼ cup, coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
HOW TO MAKE A SUPERFOOD SMOOTHIE:
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Optional- top with extra strawberries and chia seeds.
Pour into a to-go cup or a bowl with granola and seasonal fruit. I love a fresh breakfast, especially one that only takes minutes.
