Chocolate No Bake Crunch Cheesecake
I love a good make ahead dessert! There is nothing more satisfying that ending a good meal with a fantastic dessert that takes just minutes to prep. Plus, if you are taking this to a pot luck, you can make it ahead of time. What a win!
INGREDIENTS NEEDED TO MAKE A CHOCOLATE NO BAKE CHEESECAKE:
- 1 cookie crust (graham cracker or chocolate wafer cookies)
- 10 oz cream cheese
- ¼ cup, plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 12 oz chocolate chips, melted and cooled
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 package, 10 oz, Crunch Fun Size bars, divided
- drizzle of hot fudge or chocolate syrup
HOW TO MAKE A CHOCOLATE NO BAKE CHEESECAKE:
- For best results, set cream cheese and whipped cream out for about 10-15 minutes to warm up and soften before making cheesecake.
- Combine cream cheese, yogurt, whipped cream, powdered sugar, chocolate, and vanilla with handheld or stand mixer for 5 minutes or until smooth.
- Pour half of cheesecake mixture into pie crust, smooth out with spatula.
- Add 4 Crunch bars to a plastic baggie and seal the top. Using the back of a pan, carefully break the candy bars into small pieces.
- Spread Crunch bar pieces over cheesecake.
- Add remaning cheesecake mixture, smooth over the top.
- Refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours or overnight.
- Add remaining (whole) Crunch Fun Size bars and drizzle more chocolate on top.
