My family loves dipping foods, and I am sure we are not alone! Plus, making traditional foods into dips makes them easier and more fun. This caramel pumpkin cheesecake dip is no exception. It is so easy!
With Fall around the corner, this is the perfect tailgating dessert! It works really well for parties, potlucks, or just dessert at home. I won’t tell if you eat it for a snack too.
INGREDIENTS NEEDED TO MAKE THIS CHEESECAKE DIP:
- 8 oz cream cheese
- ½ cup, pumpkin pie filling/mix*
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (or more to taste)
- 1 teaspoon caramel, for topping
- 30 NILLA Wafers, for dipping
HOW TO MAKE CARAMEL PUMPKIN CHEESECAKE DIP:
- Using mixer or food processor, blend together cream cheese, pumpkin mix, and cinnamon until smooth.
- Serve dip in a small bowl with caramel drizzle on top and NILLA Wafers for dipping.
*If pumpkin pie filling/mix is unavailable, you can substitute with pumpkin puree. Just add a teaspoon or two of cinnamon, allspice, and sugar to mimic the taste.
