Start with pre-made, thin crust pizza dough. Bake it according to package instructions, and top with a thin layer of peanut butter. We love the fresh-roasted peanut taste, which pairs deliciously with jelly. Gotta love jelly pizza!
Next, drizzle the fruit spread on the pizza. I added a few tablespoons worth to a sandwich baggie, cut a hole in the bottom corner, and used it as a make-shift piping bag. Worked like a charm.
Finally, top with the berries of your choice! Sliced strawberries and whole blueberries are perfect for us, you could also try red or black raspberries. Yum!
Cut up like a pizza and enjoy as an after school snack. Or, tuck into a lunchbox and brighten someone’s day! So much more fun than an average PB&J sandwich.
