Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between baked and no-bake cheesecake? The main differences is that there are no eggs in no-bake recipes and they “set” by chilling in the refrigerator.
Why is my No-Bake Cheesecake not firm? No bake cheesecake needs to chill for 6-8 hours to set properly. If it is still not firm after that time, you can freeze it for a bit to finish setting.
Should I cover my cheesecake in the fridge? You will want the cheesecake to be as airtight as possible. This will prevent it from drying out.
No Bake, Bite Sized Cheesecake is a must try. This is really the perfect dessert to serve to guests, give kiddos a small dessert after dinner or just indulge once you put them to bed! No matter the occasion you will not be disappointed in this dessert!
