No matter what you’re celebrating, I know we can all agree, the appetizers make the party. Rich and full of flavor, this dip recipe is hit at every gathering. And bonus– you can make it in the slow cooker and keep it warm throughout the party. Gotta love simple recipes that save the day!

Add cooked ground beef (can be prepped ahead of time), Rotel (or diced tomatoes), cheese soup, and Velveeta in a slow cooker.
INGREDIENTS NEEDED TO MAKE EASY CHEESEBURGER QUESO DIP:
- 1 lb cooked ground beef
- ½ Tbsp, grill seasoning
- ¼ cup diced onions
- 2- 14 oz cans, cheddar cheese soup
- ½ lb, Velveeta, cut into 1″ cubes
- 2- 14 oz cans, Rotel (can also use salsa, pico de gallo, or diced tomatoes)
- Optional, for topping: ½ cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
HOW TO MAKE CHEESEBURGER QUESO DIP:
- Brown ground beef in skillet (or slow cooker with sauté function) with onions and grill seasoning.
- Add all ingredients to slow cooker, stir to mix.
- Heat on high for 30-40 minutes or until Velveeta is melted. Stir to mix throughly.
- Turn off heat. Keep lid on if serving out of crockpot. If moving to another serving dish, top dip with fresh cherry tomatoes (see photo).
- Serve with chips or pretzels.
Heat on high for 30 min to prep, and you’re good to go!
