Ever tried the loaded sweet potato at Outback Steakhouse? Ridiculously yummy. Loaded up with brown sugar, butter, granola– all the good stuff.
This is the same idea, but with sweet potato FRIES. Made in the air fryer for extra crispy goodness.

- Preheat air fryer to 400°F 8 minutes.

- Drizzle warm fluff on top of fries.
- Add granola bits, marshmallows, butterscotch chips, and cinnamon to top of fries.
- Serve immediately.
I recommend Alexia (frozen) Sweet Potato Fries, but you can certainly make your own.
Just preheat the air fryer, and cook the fries in batches (depending on much you need) for about 8 minutes at a time. Be sure to turn them over at the halfway point. Makes a huge difference for crispiness!
handy tools to use when making these loaded sweet potato fries:
- air fryer – large basket, touchscreen and easy to use
- platter – 2 sizes, white color allows food to be the star
Once cooked, layer the fries up in pile, like nachos, and top with all the goodies. Marshmallow fluff, butterscotch chips, the works. The marshmallow sauce recipe for sweet potato fries is super easy…heat a jar of marshmallow fluff…done!
Don’t skimp on the toppings. (As if that needed to be said.)
