Hi Alison,
just found your website (great idea to document the family on-goings!) when searching for “gin and lime” cocktails. We love grapefruit with gin and tonic. Tell me: the Key Gin (which I am sure I cant buy here in Germany (Munich)): Is it a “lime” or “lemon” gin? Or is it pure without flavouring, i.e. does your grapefruit gin cocktail require a lime gin?
And thanks for crystal clear photos. Very helpful to repeat it here…..as I say said, great website, really well done….
Best

Key Gin is flavorless (other than the “gin” taste), it’s just smoother than regular gin. You add any flavors you want to make your own cocktail. Hope this helps!
