We love an easy appetizer in our house! These yummy burger sliders are a great party food or served up as an everyday favorite.
The toppings are totally up to you! We like the typical ingredients, like lettuce, ketchup, and mustard. But it’s fun to add a spin to the usual burger fixings.
We like to do a spicy mustard aioli to really take the flavor up a notch. It’s so simple to whip up! Just whisk together equal parts of mayonnaise and spicy (or regular) mustard. The tangy flavor of the mustard tastes amazing with the more mellow toppings like ketchup and fresh tomato.
And what’s our secret for yummy burger sliders? We always top our sliders with shoestring fries! Adds so much crunch and flavor. Try it– you won’t be disappointed!

- For burgers:
- 8 mini slider brioche buns
- 1 lb, ground beef, portioned out into 8 mini sliders
- 4 slices, American cheese
- 1/4 lb, Grown In Idaho Super Crispy Shoestring Fries
- For Spicy Mustard Aioli:
- 1/4 cup, spicy mustard
- 1/4 cup, mayo
- Topping Suggestions:
Heat up a skillet to medium.
Meanwhile, bake fries in oven, according to package instructions.
Cook burgers for about 15 minutes, flipping over halfway through cooking time.
Remove burgers from skillet, top with cheese to melt.
Pull fries out of oven.
Top burgers with fries, plus additional toppings.
Serving suggestion: serve with Grown In Idaho Super Crispy Crinkle Cut Fries
