INGREDIENTS NEEDED TO MAKE HUMMUS TOAST WITH CUCUMBER:
- 2 slices whole grain bread
- 4 Tbsp. hummus, divided
- Half a cucumber, sliced, divided
- Handful of cherry tomatoes, sliced, divided
- Sprinkle of feta cheese
