INGREDIENTS NEEDED TO MAKE CHOCOLATE DIPPED FIGS:
- 8 ounces fresh figs, halved
- 3 ounces dark chocolate chips
- ½ teaspoon coconut oil
- 3 tablespoons your chosen toppings*
HOW TO MAKE CHOCOLATE DIPPED FIGS:
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the chocolate chips and the coconut oil in a small pot over low heat.
- Heat for 3-4 minutes or until the chocolate has melted and is smooth.
- Dip each fig half into the chocolate then place on the parchment paper lined baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with your desired toppings and transfer to the freezer for 10 minutes.
- Store the figs in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
