We love an easy appetizer in our house! These cheesy beef sliders are a great party food or served up as an everyday favorite.
The toppings are totally up to you! We like the typical ingredients, like lettuce, ketchup, and mustard. But it’s fun to add a spin to the usual burger fixings.
Ingredients for Beef Slider Recipe:
For burgers:
- 8 mini slider brioche buns
- 1 lb, ground beef, portioned out into 8 mini sliders
- 4 slices, American cheese
- ¼ lb, shoestring fries
For spicy mustard aioli:

- â…› cup, mayo

Directions for Beef Slider Recipe:
- Heat up a skillet to medium.
- Meanwhile, bake fries in oven, according to package instructions.

- Cook burgers for about 15 minutes, flipping over halfway through cooking time.
