lime popsicle recipe
To me, warmer weather means getting outside with family. I have two active little girls who want to be outdoors 24/7. No exaggeration. And we want to encourage that, right?
Being outside everyday means that we have to make it priority to stay hydrated. Drinking water and eating plenty of fruit helps.

I always feel better when I’m well-hydrated, and it’s even more important when we’re sweating it out in the summer months. I make it a priority to keep water around and serve hydrating snacks.
Although I always have my water bottle at the ready, my kids are less likely to stop for regular water breaks. The solution? This refreshing limeade popsicle recipe.
SO simple to make, it barely requires a recipe. Literally simple syrup & lime-infused water. Still… oh so good and most definitely kid-approved.
Combine simple syrup (store-bought or homemade), water, and lime juice; then pour into a popsicle mold. I like to add a slice of lime to mine as well. They’ll freeze up in about 4 hours.
HANDY TOOLS TO MAKE THIS RECIPE EVEN EASIER:
- popsicle molds – durable, easy to store, easy to clean
- measuring cup – pour spout, easy clean, good size for mixing
When we’re outside, I like to take snack breaks with the kids and pass around some popsicles. Gives everyone a chance to cool off.
