Tyson Chicken Tenders Recipes
I love making easy meals with classic Tyson Crispy Chicken Strips. We always have a bag of these in our house, I kid you not.
My husband loves to heat them up, and toss them on a salad for a weekend lunch. This recipe is a somewhat similar to that gourmet *wink* dish he has so often. I love the idea of coating the chicken tenders in a sticky sauce, really changing the texture of the tender. Plus it adds a little Asian flavor.

Coating the chicken in the ketchup, honey, soy sauce, vinegar, and hot sauce, adds so much flavor, with very little work. In fact, I’m betting you have most, if not all, of those items in your kitchen right now.
This dish is all about big flavor & minimal work. You know who’s not about flavor right now? My 8-month-old daughter.
We’ve been trying to get her to eat solid foods for about 4 months now. Zero interest.
We’ve. Tried. Everything. Puffs, cereal, rice cereal, pureed baby food, chunky baby food, small pieces of “real” food, vegetables, fruit. Zero interest.
And yes, we’ve tried giving her one food for more than a week at a time. Can you hear my frustration?
So everyday, I try again, hoping to get a better reaction. All I can think is… girl, you are missing out on so much good food! There’s a whole world beyond purees.
Like these chicken tenders the rest of us enjoyed last night. Oh, and the coleslaw? Can’t forget about that. Nothing better than some crunch alongside sticky chicken tenders.
This coleslaw recipe I used is a version of my favorite coleslaw of all-time- Blue Cheese Coleslaw. I skipped the blue cheese this time, and it went perfectly with the flavor of the chicken tenders.
Serve it like so, and you’ll get rave reviews from your family members.
