Ingredients For Apple Pie Smoothie
- almond butter

- vanilla flavored almond milk

If you wish to up the protein in this smoothie, use a protein shake rather than almond milk. This is our favorite brand.

- Pour it into an airtight, freezer-safe container or ice cube tray, leaving some space at the top to allow for expansion as it freezes. If using a container, seal tightly with a lid, and for ice cubes, once frozen, transfer the smoothie cubes into a freezer bag.
- When ready to enjoy, thaw the smoothie in the fridge overnight or blend the frozen cubes with a little liquid until smooth.
