S’mores Iced Coffee
It is very easy to get store quality, craft drinks at home. Simply brew your coffee and then add some creamer and chocolate syrup.
Enjoy this s’mores iced coffee with easy to prep baked treats like Snickerdoodle Banana Bread, Rolo-Stuffed Sugar Cookies, or Pumpkin Zucchini Chocolate Chip Muffins.

Ingredients:
- graham cracker, crushed
- chocolate syrup
- cold brew or iced coffee (cold brew=bolder flavor)
- creamer
- S’mores flavored syrup (like Torani)
- marshmallows (any size)
Instructions:
- Moisten edge of a glass (or mason jar), and dip into small bowl of crushed graham crackers.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup into glasses.
- Pour in coffee.
- Add creamer and flavored syrup. Use a long utensil to stir gently to combine.*
- Add ice to your preference.
- Cover top of drink with marshmallows. Optional: lightly toast marshmallows with culinary lighter.
- Add a drizzle of chocolate syrup to the top of the drink and pop in a straw.
Top Tip For S’mores Mocha
Use a spoon to gently stir the ingredients together. A frother or any agitating tool might smear the chocolate syrup design on the glass (see photos).

FAQ
No. Coffee can be very acidic, and therefore hard on the digestive system. However, cold brew coffee is actually much less acidic that regular hot-brewed coffee.
