Chicken Bacon Ranch Soup

Ingredients
- ¾ cup, 1% milk
- 1 lb, chicken breasts
- ½ lb, bacon
- 8 oz cream cheese
- ¾ cup chicken broth
- 1 ½ cup, shredded cheddar cheese
- 1- 1 oz packet, dry ranch dressing mix
- 1 cup, chopped frozen or fresh spinach (add more or less to taste)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to pressure cooker and heat for 20 minutes.
- Allow steam to slow release for 10 minutes.
- Open up pressure cooker and break up chicken and bacon carefully with large spoon.
- Stir up ingredients to blend in cream cheese.
- Serve and enjoy!
