Easy Mediterranean Dip
INGREDIENTS NEEDED:
- 2 containers, store-bought hummus (or make your own!)
- about â…› cup, tomato, diced
- about â…› cup, cucumber, diced
- 2 Tablespoons, red onion, diced
- 2 Tablespoons, roasted red pepper (diced or pureed)
- small handful, kalamata olives, sliced
- 2 Tablespoons, crumbled feta cheese
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- Serve with pita chips or chopped veggies for dipping.
Recipe Tips:
- Spread hummus in shallow bowl or on small plate. That way you have plenty of space for the toppings.
- Top with veggies, cheese, and olives, placing in row pattern if desired (see photo).
- Drizzle olive oil over top. Add any fresh or dried seasoning you love, such as rosemary, oregano, parsley, etc
- Serve with pita chips and chopped veggies. You can also cut up a loaf of crusty bread for dipping. Yum!
